• 匪夷所思的一太郎文档转PDF问题

  最近DMS用户经常报告，一太郎文档转PDF或者SMD文件的时候，经常发生某个嵌入的花子图形不能显示。然而在我们进行测试的时候，又完全成功，一时找不到规律，经常是帮助用户转换了事。但是这种case越来越频繁，给系统声誉带来了负面的影响，所以我们不得不投入全副精力去对付它。 尝试过多种解决方法，比如查找安装软件补丁，重新安装，使用不同的软件版本，但是均不起作用。结果仍然是时而成功，时而失败。 今天上午终于出现了转机，在数十遍的测试之后，终于发现了一个规律：对于某个固定的文档，如果使用远程桌面连接到服务器，转换是成功的；如果不连接，转换失败；如果连接后最小化，转换失败。这就解释了为什么经常用户失败，我又能转，因为我通常都会连接到服务器观察后台进程的运行状况。 沿着这个线索继续进行测试，最终结果如下： 对于文档00575036M.JTD，只要桌面锁定，发布的文档都会有一个图形消失。 1）使用远程桌面，连接后最小化，失败 2）使用远程桌面，连接后断开，失败 3）锁定桌面，失败 （无论是手动锁定还是自动锁定） 目前的解决方案： 1）禁用远程桌面 2）取消屏幕保护的自动锁定桌面选项 3）服务器管理员必须留意...
